More About Fiona
Sound has been at the centre of Fiona’s life for decades. As a classically trained opera singer, she has an embodied understanding of breath, resonance and vibration — not as abstract concepts, but as lived experience. Over time, this deep relationship with sound naturally evolved into therapeutic work, where sound is used not just for performance, but for restoration, balance and inner listening.
Fiona is trained through the Australian College of Sound Therapy and holds extensive qualifications, including:
- Master Course in Kyela Sound Therapy
- Advanced Diploma of Kyela Sound Therapy
- Diploma of Kyela Sound Therapy
- Certificate in Sonic Chakra Therapy
- Certificate in Group Sound Meditation
Fiona is also a Level 2 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) Practitioner, trained through the Dolores Cannon method to regress clients back to their past lives or future lives, and bring in their Higher Self (Subconscious or Over Soul) to help with healing.
In addition, Fiona is a certified Reiki Practitioner through the Reiki Association of Western Australia and holds both Reiki I and Reiki II certifications. Her broader healing education includes a Certificate of Zen Shiatsu (Zen College of Shiatsu, London) and a Duality Training Certificate (Jeffrey Allen, Mind Valley).
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Fiona created Songs for the Soul, an album of sacred arias and songs offered as a source of comfort, hope and light during a time of collective uncertainty. This work reflects the heart of her practice: using sound as a bridge between calm, connection and presence.
Fiona approaches all healing work with humility, professionalism and care. Rather than seeking to “fix,” her role is to create the conditions in which harmony can naturally return — supporting relaxation, balance and inner awareness.
Each session at Harmony Sanctuary is offered with respect for the client’s own inner wisdom and capacity for self-healing.
“I feel honoured to guide each person who comes to Harmony Sanctuary. Every session is an opportunity to rest, realign and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.”
