This page answers common questions about sessions at Harmony Sanctuary, including what to expect, how to prepare, and how appointments are offered. All sessions are provided with care, intention and respect for each individual’s journey, and are offered by appointment only.
Sessions begin with a gentle welcome and time to settle in. You will then rest comfortably while sound, light or energy work is offered, depending on the session booked. Afterward, there is time for reflection and gentle guidance where appropriate.
Preparation is simple. Clients are encouraged to arrive relaxed, well-hydrated, and open to the experience. For QHHT® sessions, additional preparation guidance and an intake form are provided prior to booking.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully during your session.
Session lengths vary depending on the service. Sound therapy and Reiki sessions typically last around one hour, while QHHT® sessions are extended and may take 4–5 hours. Specific durations are outlined on each service page.

No. Sessions at Harmony Sanctuary are complementary practices and are not intended to replace medical, psychological or professional healthcare.
No prior experience is necessary. Each session is guided gently and tailored to the individual, whether it is your first experience or you are returning for further support.
Sessions are offered by appointment only. You can enquire or request a booking through the contact form on the website. Availability is currently limited to Fridays and Sundays.
Yes. Intake forms help ensure sessions are offered safely and respectfully. These are provided prior to certain sessions, including QHHT® and sound therapy treatments.
